Meadow & Manna Milled & Baked at Home

Fresh-milled grain · 24-hour cold rest

The cookie you remember, not just the one you ate.

We mill our own flour, brown our own butter, and rest every dough a full day before it ever sees the oven. It takes longer. That's the point.

The House Method

Seven steps, three days

Most cookies are mixed and baked in an afternoon. Ours aren't. The long cold rest is what gives the crumb its plush texture and the flavour time to actually develop.

Our Story

Manna was daily bread. So is this.

Meadow & Manna started in a home kitchen with one stubborn idea: that a cookie made slowly, from grain milled that week, tastes like something worth waiting for.

We're not chasing the sweetest cookie. We're after the one you think about three days later.

Every batch is mixed, rested, shaped, and baked by hand in quantities small enough that nothing gets rushed. Fresh-milled soft white wheat, spelt, and einkorn. Brown butter, always. Salt at the finish.
